[Imports] import of address data from slovak cadastre

hello list,

i would like to register my intentions to initiate import of address data
in slovakia. slovak mapping community seems to be interested in the import
and i tried to put all important information to
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/KaporSKAddress

please let me know what you think. i'd be happy to address any gaps.
