This in fact would seem better able to connect with local uses via *NOTEs*.

The recent *bike tool stand* import used notes,and people have been closing
them.
With notes there can be a discussion among local mappers, working out
details like the complexity of:

Which might take more than one person to reolve.

It would also be nice if the challenge said
*"A commercial driver reported a speed of XX, compared to the OSM data of
YY".*
And if it noted:

*This report was made at a particular place. The other side of the road or
nearby segments may be affected also.*
*No direction of travel information is available.*
