It would be great if you could find a couple community members in the
region so that each can upload data of an area they are familiar with.
Don't underestimate the time it takes to do it right; importers will be
expected to visually confirm the data matches the available imagery and
doesn't conflict with what#s already there.

I notice that each way has a source tag; we'd normally just put the
source on the changeset nowadays. Also, it appears that many garages or
other outbuildings have been tagged building=house which doesn't look right.
