he's part of the DWG, they might have discussed this in the DWG, I don't think the DWG has to discuss their reverts before on the imports list, and as reverting generally is time critical it is likely often the best solution to revert asap if the need for a revert is evident (these are general remarks, no judgement on this particular import).

Pavel, please calm down. No need to jump on the DWG even if there might be a problem here, they're all volunteers and in practically every case in the past they have done great work, often unnoticed by a larger audience, in the background. Asking to suspend the account is completely inappropriate.
