[Imports] Iredell County Address Import

Tommy,

   do you live (or actively map) in Iredell County, or is anyone
involved who lives (or activly maps) there?

The most obvious bits are:

1. you are too eager, you should allow others 1-2 weeks to review your
plans and not aim to complete the import by the end of February when you
publish on the 26th ;)

2. you ought to at least put a sample of your osm data, if not the full
osm data, somewhere. In your wiki page you link to CSV and KML but those
don't tell us what you intend to upload; you write "I have already
converted the tags to the standard OSM address tags" but nowhere do you
explain what these tags are.
