[Imports] OSM with Wikidata: now covers UK and Ireland

Some or most Wikidata coordinates are sourced from Wikipedia, how are 
you excluding these?

These in turn may have been sourced from Google Maps/Earth, which is an 
accepted practice in Wikipedia, but not allowed in OSM. How are these 
being excluded?
