[Imports] OSM with Wikidata: now covers UK and Ireland

I've added the category paths to the item list so we can see why the match is
happening.

When looking for cities the matcher is following this Wikipedia category path:

 Cities in the United Kingdom
  \ Geography of the United Kingdom by city
   \ Geography of England by city
    \ Geography of Kingston upon Hull
     \ River Hull

Wikidata has 'Hull' as an alias for the River Hull, so the names match.

I'll change the software to ignore the 'Geography of the United Kingdom by
city' category when looking for cities.
