"addr:city" should probably be the postal city for the addresses, in
the sample data it is always set to "Dare County" while the parcel
data at http://gis.darecountync.gov/ shows various cities.

If the "Building Type" shown for parcels on that website is available,
it would be nice to use it to set more specific values than
residential. Ranch,Bungalow,Traditional (and more) all look like they
could be set to "building=detached".
