[Imports] Imports being updated

[althio]

Osmose is used to continously integrate 3rd party data (slow import,
semi-manual conflation).
It updates regularly, as OSM data and 3rd party are modified.

For instance: Post offices

but also: post box, transport stops, historical heritage, bicycle
parking, schools, recycling...
