Not to mention that tree have a tendency to grow where ever they please...

We can treat the "collisions" as exceptions and will need to be dealt with
case by case as sometimes trees CAN be in building outlines:

As for the tagging the species:en needs some work (as stated before Oak Red
vs Red Oak) and he circumferance will be used instead of DBH. Other than
that, I do not see anything else preventing this import from moving forward.
