[Imports] How to handle a list of POIs?

As a total newbie, I wonder how I can deal with a list of POIs that I
gathered. Do I have to enter them with an editor in OpenStreetMaps?

The list contains the following attributes for each POI: name, addr:street,
addr:housenumber, addr:additional, addr:city, addr:postcode, addr:country,
phone, website, opening_hours, category, note:de, minLat, maxLat, minLon,
maxLon.
