All very well - but with 150k trees you need some plan how you do this, 
as said manually reviewing all 150k to find maybe a few hundred ones 
that require manual corrections is not a realistic plan.

The usual approach would be to automatically analyze the data in 
combination with the OSM data to identify the cases with possible 
conflicts and then to manually review only those.

If you don't feel confident in doing this yourself ask around if someone 
can help you with that (with all the '+1'-sayers this should not be a 
problem...)
