[Imports] Tenerife streams import

Hello.

This is a proposal for a one-time manual import of streams names in
Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain.

The data is on Public Domain, in PDF format, and consist in a list of 5497
streams names and a location map split in 49 sheets showing the
watercourses. Most of the waterways in Tenerife are already mapped, but
unnamed. The main goal of the project is to give name to existing waterways
completing missing ones with the usual aerial imagery sources in this area.
