[Imports] Import of Tenerife's water transport network

Hello.

This is a proposal for a one-time manual import of the water transport
network in Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain.

The data is on Public Domain, in PDF format, and consist in a list of 66
water conductions indicating type and name and a location map splited in 9
sheets. Most of this water conductions in Tenerife are already mapped with
its name. The main goal of the project is to drawn the missing or
incomplete conductions with the usual aerial imagery sources in this area.
Using the location map as data source.

This is the third and last proposal related with the same data source.
