You won't have to check every building manually. You can check if the
building from the old import is in version1 or not, and if yes, if all it's
nodes are in version 1 as well, and in this case you could automatically
replace the building (see also below for POIs!), but would have to check
for the spots where they meet modified buildings (topology, overlapping /
space between / shared nodes) and integrate. It really depends how much has
been changed, and how much are the positions going to change in the new
data (because a shop mapped as point inside a building is likely relating
more to this building than to the lat/long position, and if you move the
building outline but not the POIs inside, you might introduce a lot of new
errors).
