[Imports] Plus code address point import

Hi,

apparently, several thousand "plus code address points" have been
imported in Tanzania:

I've commented on a changeset and the github ticket here, but I doubt
that this idea would have received support from this group...

If plus code support is desired, it needs to be built into the search
engine, not added to every single object.

What's more, these address points seem to be derived from automatically
generated building footprints that are out of touch with the imagery
available in our editors.
