[Imports] ebike charging stations for DE & AUT

Hi there,

my name is Betty and I did a lot of editing on OSM in the past but never bulk uploads or similar. I would like to add 2000 bike-energy charging stations, that are permanently installed across Germany and Austria. I read a little bit through the guideline but since I feel quite unsure about this and don’t wanna mess around, I would like to know if the enclosed spreadsheet I set up is accurate to gather the most relevant data - and or what other tags are really needed?
