[Imports] ebike charging stations for DE & AUT

Hello, Betty,

I suspect that you want to import the charging stations from bike-energy
[1] into OSM. The locations are displayed using Google My Maps and are
located, for example, in the middle of supermarkets or town halls. This
indicates that Bike-Energy has determined the coordinates of the
addresses with Google Geocoding API.

According to the Google Geocoding API Policies [2] coordinates
determined in this way may only be displayed on a Google map. This is
not compatible with the OpenStreetMap Contributor Terms [3].

It is therefore impossible to import the 2000 bike-energy charging
stations into OSM.
