[Imports] Railway import - Norway

Here is an import plan for railways in Norway based on a dataset from the
public railway infrastructure company, BaneNOR. Explicit permission has
been obtained.

The railway lines are already in OSM, so this is a dataset which makes is
possible to improve the topology of the lines in OSM where needed.

The dataset also makes available many stop positions, crossovers and
historic stations which are not currently in OSM. Finally, it provides
kilometer marks for all lines.
