Is this proposed import your first contribution to OpenStreetMap or have

If you have not, then have you enlisted the help of more experienced
OSMers for this project, and who are they?

It's not like first-timers cannot import data but one evaluates a
proposal differently (and asks different questions) if the proponent
hasn't mapped in OSM before, that's why I'm asking.
