[Imports] Indonesian Earthquake and Tsunami

Hi Tom
This subject is not  related to this Import  list. Better to address such subject on the talk or hot discussion lists.

Aerial imagery is to be used as a background layer in editors such as JOSM and Id to revise the OpenStreetMap database content and add /  features such as buildings, roads, etc.
But before any developper adapt this imagery to access in editors, the first step is to assure that this is published with a compatible OSM license. 

Looking at the license, this is not the case.
