[Imports] Building Footprints in Kariba, Zimbabwe

Hi John,

Thanks for your email. I have yet to set up a wiki, I'm still considering
the best approach.

I am trying to import a shapefile of plots or stands. The shapefile I have
has just over 6000 stands.

For the 2000 plus existing buildings in OSM that will conflict I'm not yet
sure what the best approach is. I am exploring JOSM editor and looking for
ways to resolve conflicts - if you have any advice on this, would be
greatly appreciated.

As far as the Open Location Code we had not considered it -- the advantage
of the stand number is that local residents are familiar with it. OLC codes
may take some time to implement.

Best,
Jason
