  It would be a good opportuniy for the local authorities to implement an address system. Could the Stand Number be used as an address both in the GIS Databases and to be be posted in front of the houses to facilitate location?   This would make the OSM map even more effective, letting people find their way in the town using tools such as OSMAnd, Maps.Me, etc.
