[Imports] MapWithAI imports in HOT tasking Manager - Uganda

Hi,

I have noticed that an import of AI-derived building footprints is
planned for Uganda in

https://tasks.hotosm.org/project/8180

This task has been created by user "kiggudde" and is being advertised as
suitable for beginners.

I am not aware of this import having been properly discussed, and I
would like to point out that any imports that do not follow the import
guidelines are liable to being removed from OSM.

I will send a direct message to the user to make him aware of this thread.
