[Imports] Bergamo address import

In case of lack of issues with license, data and community agreement that sounds OK
(though if there is any opposition to this import or some doubts then revert + reimport
would be probably better).

After going through a normal process it would be a good idea to link wiki documentation page
from relevant changesets.
