[Imports] Fwd: Social distancing protocol POI import in Santa Clara County, California

We've started MapRoulette challenges for some of the smaller business 
categories to take advantage of free time during this holiday weekend. 
(Happy Thanksgiving!)

For now, we've deferred a few of the largest business categories, just 
in case we need to tweak the workflow based on feedback from 
participants. Please continue to send along any questions or concerns
