[Imports] Importing trees in Utrecht

Hi Pieter,

I have a few comments:

  * What is your plan to deal with the existing forests
(landuse=forest), for example in Amelisweerd? I'm not sure if it's a
good idea to replace forest areas with individual trees. Or do you
plan to leave them in place?
  * A large part of the Amelisweerd (like here:
    https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=17/52.06879/5.16590) is part of
the municipality of Bunnik. I find it strange that apparently the
city of Utrecht can claim copyright over data which probably comes
from the "groenbeheerpakket" / "IMBOR-applicatie" (applications
which are used for maintenance of public spaces) of neighbouring
cities/municipalities. A subset of this data is avaible as open
data, namely the BGT (Basisregistratie Grootschalige Topografie),
but attributes like species and age are not part of the BGT-dataset.
Also, the trees of the municipality of Bunnik are not part of the BGT.

@imports: this mail was also sent to the talk-nl list. Here Bas has
posted a few comments:
https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/talk-nl/2020-September/015640.html.

Per Bas' advice, Pieter has also posted a message on the Dutch OSM board
here: https://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewtopic.php?id=70724.

Regards,

Frank
