[Imports] Fwd: Importing West Virginia State Forests Boundary

To be honest, i checked out other landcover, the Chesapeake Land Cover,
and i don't suggest anyone to import it, it's not very accurate,
actually it's only 86%, but in my opinion... Better leave it to
experienced mappers like me, although i don't want this landcover
mapping a one-man-show (yeah i'm reusing this phrase because it fits the
best) in West Virginia.

Actually i know that ssterling-was-taken does Harrison and Gilmer county
thoroughly (so not just couch mapping but also surveying the local area,
like Clarksburg and Glenville) for which I give him kudos.

And i'm aware that other mappers did a fantastic job in other areas in
that state, however the quality and completeness varies by user.

Even in Hungary, the Corine Land Cover is very inaccurate, because i
compared it to the aerial imagery what is available, and the reality is
different from CLC, so had to clean up a lot of stuff and also align
existing multipolygons like Mátra to match the aerial imagery (since
Mátra is a forest itself not a boundary, but its boundaries are very
obvious if you watch the aerial imagery and the existing OSM data, it's
just undistinguishable. Meanwhile Bükk and Bükki Nemzeti Park are two
different things. The first one is the mountain range / forest area
itself, the other one is the National Park, which is clearly a
boundary=protected_area with a protect_class=2 (because it's IUCN
Category II - National Park).

I just don't recommend importing landuses, unless you do it in a smaller
area and you clean up the mess which is in the data. (good luck for that
if anyone wills to do that, but i guess not)
