I agree, this seems like a pretty reasonable thing to import. Also, we 
aren't talking about a lot of features that would be difficult to clean 
up if things go awry.

The next time someone proposes a building import, I'll be bracing myself 
for a debate about the lack of associatedStreet relations in an 
unrelated address import. 🙈
