[Imports] [Imports-us] Imports-us Digest, Vol 77, Issue 1

Troy in particular has quite a few strange places where, in the state data, a numbered street suddenly briefly becomes a named street, and then goes back to the numbered street. It yields addresses like this:

Which is on 8th street, but when you look at the state data (link below), according to them, it actually does briefly turn into Elm Street. Street signs on the ground do not reflect it, but the state data and the addresses do. Very strange.
