OSM is not just copy of official data.

What if someone disagrees with howthis official dataset marks mountain
ranges?

How one may verify which versionis correct?

What if multiple people or sources differin how mountain ranges are located?

I would expect gigantic verifiabilityissues here, and without resolving thatI would recommend not importing that.

And "we copy official data, everything elsewill be reverted, changes are not allowed"
is not a good solution.
