[Imports] Proposal for importing building footprints for Onondaga County, NY

I think that including sheds is okif dataset is trustworthy.

Based on this description qualityseems sufficient, at least I would supportsuch import in my area.
Have you checked whether there aremapped buildings with lifecycle prefixesin your area?
