If buildings were demolished recently and retagged from
building=yes to demolished:building=yes then importing new
building=yes in their locations would be a poor idea
(official datasets often include some no longer existing features,
often simply because data was not yet processed - or because
officially building still exists).

You can widen range to entire USA (ask on talk-us, maybe ask on USA Slack).

In case of getting limited support and no opposition, and waiting for say two weeks,
 it can be considered as sufficient support (in my opinion, feel free to correct me).
