Yes. This high-resolution mapping of thousands of small individual water 
features is what we are talking about in

Some users did this about five years ago. Mapping small villages in the 
area, highway infrastructure and water features:

The offset in the imagery sources over time are leading to areas where 
features no longer align to current imagery. GPS tracks are sparsely 
available, so difficult to correctly align.
