That's right, this import is using the Kumi Overpass API. In this case, I don't think it's just an issue of the data being old. It's returning empty responses when there should definitely be many elements returned. The buildings in the area that Jack posted have been there for at least 2 months, so even if it was 6 days old, it should not be returning nothing. I informed Kumi of the issue.
