I had some issues with Kumi instance(I was lucky to have outright crashes).

I would recommend using instance 
used by Overpass Turbo by default.
At least for imports where it mayproduce bugs in data.

For repair:
you may run edit generator usingattic data just before import and 
compare it with what you import bot
actually did.
(It may be easy or complicated andnot worth doing)

> That's right, this import is using the Kumi Overpass API. In this case, I don't think it's just an issue of the data being old. It's returning empty responses when there should definitely be many elements returned. The buildings in the area that Jack posted have been there for at least 2 months, so even if it was 6 days old, it should not be returning nothing. I informed Kumi of the issue.
