[Imports] Florida Landuse Import

I reviewed every single polygon, merged "same" landuses, removed the desctiption tag, slightly adjusted some geometries. I didn't import "large chunks", i uploaded it in very small ones and reviewed everything there. Its no difference than if I had drawn it by hand. If every feature is reviewed, then these import guides don't apply.
-So at this point, I continue to see total lack of regard for the import process and input from the local community.-
I'm the one who disregards the import process? No, everyone else here disregards this import. The offical import here is dead. RollTideRoll_asdfjkll hasen't commented anything, nor did anyone else contribute something helpful since the last 3 weeks. I gave my ideas, i did everything i could to follow the guideline. Nothing helps if no one is cares and people prefer to laze around. Now I'm doing something that doesn't even fall under these import guidelines, and people start complaining again, out of principle. If the goal here is to completely demotivate me, it will be done soon.
