Given the age of the data, and the evidence that the data is really not that perfect or accurate anymore, I suggest to manually review every item using the Cooperative Challenges from MapRoulette.

It is very easy to create a challenge like this. I’ve written a short but complete tutorial [1] (in Portuguese only, but any online translator should do a good job), or you can check another tutorial in English [2].

thank you Imre for your research into this import data. 2008/9 seems definitely too old in 2022 to even think about importing it, or is there anyone who still believes this should be imported?
