[Imports] Address import from city government source

Joe,
Welcome to OSM glad to see another city helping improve the map. I've
worked with a number of cities in Western Washington to add buildings and
addresses. I'm currently behind trying to do Mountlake Terrace building and
address import. Unfortunately I'm in the process of moving to a new
location and just moved into a hotel for the next few weeks.

But I would be happy to look at your boundaries. Can you share a shapefile
or File Geodatabase of the boundary? It must be licensed for use with OSM.
Ideally that would mean public domain. If it is under a more restrictive
license then we would need approval from the appropriate person in your
city.

Colorado has a fairly large OSM community. A few years back, pre covid,
State of the Map US was held in Boulder with a large turnout. I would
recommend joining the OSM US Slack, osmus.slack.com. There is a
local-colorado channel with more that 100 members.

I hope this helps. Please reach out if you have any questions,

Clifford
