[Imports] Indianapolis address import

Hi Matthew,
I have the same opinion, if you are going to review everything manually, I would suggest using solely the Tasking Manager. However, you can adjust the wiki page already created to describe your workflow on Tasking Manager. It is good to have such a project documented (even if it is not an import). Just a recommendation.
Good job!
Best,
Matheus

I will leave the wiki page up until I can get something into a tasking manager. If anyone else has any further comments/concerns, please let me know.

Fair enough. I was told the opposite in the US slack imports channel. Happy enough to write things down so no one is surprised when I add tens of thousands of addresses. Ha.

If that's the case, I don't see a reason why you need to trouble yourself with documentation and the mailing list. For a project like this, a detailed description on your tasking manager should be sufficient.
