+1 to James' statements, and especially

- we're just unnecessarily duplicating information otherwise.

I would also be skeptical how good 2007 landuse data is in 2022 - you're 
promising to individually check each feature against imagery but will 
the country not have changed so much in the last 15 days that you will 
end up having to modify most of the features?
