I notice that this has been silently ignored on the import that has been
started, instead opting to keep a "fdep:landuse_code" tag that was never
mentioned in any of the documentation/discussion before (and that I
would have objected to had it been presented).
My caution against going too fast and omitting the necessary care has
also been blown into the wind, instead opting to simply delete existing
prior landuse data. The imported data has not been visually checked
against what is there, leading to lots of situations like this

not be visible there any more after revert) where imported data shoddily
overlaps with existing data.
This import is poorly planned, insufficiently discussed, and hastily
executed without community involvement and without the necessary
caution. It deserves to be reverted in full.
