[Imports] Florida Landuse Import

My vote on MS Buildings is they are fine in general for import by hand
(not mass import), especially for smaller buildings. Always need to
check if you are overwriting an existing building, transfer tags from
existing buildings if a building outline is being replaced, etc.
However, I often see problems with the shapes of larger buildings, say
50,000+ sqft with several different angles. Large complex buildings
should often times be hand drawn.
For US related import issues is the idea of using imports-us mailing
list outdated?
