In the past when I've looked at city data sets, they've had poor data 
coverage for businesses. Maybe the storefront part of this dataset will 
mean this one is better, but it's something to be careful of.

If you decide you want to proceed and do a more detailed proposal, I'd 
expect to see a section on quality, on detecting duplicates, and on 
handling updates.
