[Imports] Conflation of London Cycle Infrastructure Database

Hello,

We are looking to import assets from the Transport for London's (TfL) Cycle Infrastructure Database (CID). Our plan is outlined on the wiki:

The data is open source and we have obtained permission from the OSMF Licensing Working Group and prepared the files for import, which can be reviewed here:
https://bikedata.cyclestreets.net/tflcid/#17/51.51137/-0.10498

The proposed attribute conversion has been released and undergone public consultation:

The import is also being discussed in the OSM London mailing list:
