Some are waiting since 2019 and respond to ideas such as 
using badly designed new tags in import, without discussing it

Response to

would be nice, but is not needed to do import itself.

Right now I am against this import due to useless fixme
tag spam and bicycle_parking=locked alone, and there
are other problems.

(I reviewed only tiny part and stopped as feedback was 
ignored)
