I agree, those are quitevery problematic issues which should be dealt 
with. Luckily, it does not seem to require much effort to fix those.

Hopefully the issues would be acted upon - we need to encourage more 
people to give feedback, and not to actively discourage it by ignoring 
given feedback (which takes time and effort of contributors - so thanks
Mateusz!)
