[Imports] Improve tram and bus stops for blind

[Łukasz Taraszka]

Next import will be in Kraków and will take place at the beginning of
October.
That area needs to be analyzed in the meaning of finding a proper way of
mapping (creating connections between MPK and OSM stops).
It'll be announced separately.
