[Imports] Requesting to uploading Batch data of city Addressing system

Dear concerned Officials

I am a member of Imports at openstreetmap.org mailing list!

I would like to upload batch wise addressing data (building and street)
which is in ESRI shapefile (polygon and polylines respectively) into OSM.

Kindly help me with that.
