why detacted house is taged as building=house ?
what's building=manufactured ? manufactured seem to be how the building 
is build, not what it look like

I think it's better to make a changeset for the import itself and 
another changeset for everything else (if you add a coffeeshop that is 
not in the import source, it's not very readable to have it in the 
import changeset)
